🎯 Is This Training Right for Me?
What topics do your trainings cover?
Our trainings on autism offer practical strategies, tools and actionable insights on topics such as communication, behaviour support, sensory regulation, anxiety, social skills, sensory integration, mental health, emotional regulation and many more. Visit our trainings page to see all available courses and webinars here.
What age range are your trainings for?
Our trainings on autism are designed and curated for autistic individuals, parents and professionals. This might seem like a wide range however after offering these trainings for many years, we can say these trainings are effective and valuable for children, teenagers and adults on the autism spectrum.
While it's never too late to commit to improving your parenting or professional skills, the earlier you enrol, the more value you will get from availing of our special discounted rate.
You can learn more about our trainings here.
I'm not a professional - I'm just a parent trying to help my child. Is this too technical for me?
Not at all! We clearly label which trainings are designed for parents vs. professionals vs. both. Parent-focused trainings translate complex concepts into practical, home-applicable strategies. You don't need any professional background - just a desire to better understand and support your child. You can learn more about our trainings for parents here.
I work with autistic students. Do you have content for me?
Yes! We offer trainings specifically designed for educators, including teachers, SNAs, and school staff. Our Courses for Educators cover practical classroom strategies, behaviour support, sensory integration, communication approaches, and how to create autism-friendly learning environments. Topics include understanding PDA in the classroom, supporting minimally verbal students, anxiety management, and fostering consistency between home and school.
I work with autistic adults, but most autism training focuses on children. Do you have content for me?
Yes! We offer trainings specifically designed for supporting autistic teens and adults, covering topics like employment support, independent living skills, adult anxiety and mental health, and relationship support. You can learn more about our trainings for professionals here.
Are your trainings live or pre-recorded?
We offer both live webinars and pre-recorded trainings. Live webinars are scheduled events where you can interact with speakers in real-time. Pre-recorded trainings are available for immediate access and can be viewed at your convenience within your access period.

Who else has attended your trainings? What organisations trust you?
Our trainings have been attended by over 15,000 professionals and parents from 50+ countries. Partner organisations include NHS Trusts, major school districts, universities, and autism organisations worldwide.
Over 70,000 parents and professionals have joined our community for updates and resources.
You can see testimonials from SLTs, OTs, teachers, psychologists, and parents on our here.
Why do you use "autistic person" rather than "person with autism"?
You are probably aware of the debate in the autism community in recent years over identity-first ("autistic person") versus person-first ("person with autism") language.
Many in the autism community have a preference for identity-first language. They feel separating the diagnosis from the person can contribute to stigma around autism.
We are aware many parents and professionals feel person-first language is the most respectful way to speak about individuals on the autism spectrum.
As an organisation, we wish to be led by the individual on the autism spectrum as well as their family members. We feel it is our responsibility to represent as accurately as possible the wishes of the autistic community.
In our communication, we have decided to use identity-first language such as "autistic children" or neutral terms such as "people on the autism spectrum" or "individuals who have an ASD diagnosis" rather than person-first language.
📝 Registration & Access
How can I register?
Visit the training page of your choice and select the access pass that suits your needs. Click the registration button and follow the checkout process. You'll receive confirmation and access details via email. You can view our training page here.
How do I know which access pass is right for me?
If you want the most "bang for your buck", we recommend choosing the Premium and All-Access Passes, as these two options offer you extended viewing periods (between 30 days and 12 months) of unlimited viewing of the training as well as lifetime audio recordings, certificate of attendance, action planner and access to our exclusive member-only Facebook group.
Can I purchase access to just one session or presentation? Each training is designed as a complete learning experience. For our conferences we do not offer single-session access. However, we offer various access pass options at different price points to suit different needs and budgets.
If I can't watch a live webinar when it's scheduled, can I view it afterwards?
Yes! If you purchase the 30-day, or 12-month access pass, you'll have access to the video recording of the live session for the duration of your access period.
What if I register and then can't attend the live session?
No problem! If you purchase a 30-day, or 12-month access pass, you'll automatically receive access to the recording. You can watch at a time that suits you. We recommend registering even if you're unsure about live attendance to secure your access.
How long will I have access to the training materials?
Access duration depends on the pass you purchase:
-
30-Day Access: 30 days of unlimited viewing
-
12-Month Access: 12 months of unlimited viewing plus lifetime audio recordings
Do your trainings sell out?
Our live webinars have limited capacity to ensure quality interaction. Popular speakers (like Dr. Temple Grandin, Dr. Stephen Shore, Dr. Tony Attwood) often sell out days in advance. Pre-recorded trainings are always available, but we occasionally retire older content when updated versions are released. We recommend registering early for live events.
Will this training be offered again if I miss it?
Live webinars may be repeated 6-12 months later, but we cannot guarantee the same speaker or content will be available. Some of our trainings feature guest experts who have limited availability. If a training speaks to your current needs, we recommend registering now.
How do I get my login details for the training?
For live webinars, you will receive your login access details approximately 5 days prior to the event date via email from no-reply@crowdcast.io or support@autismcork.com. For pre-recorded trainings, you'll receive immediate access details after purchase from support@autismcork.com. Please check your inbox, other folders, and spam folders.
If you haven't received your access details, please check with your organisation's web server as they may be blocking emails from us. If you still haven't received it, please email us with your full name, the email you registered with, and your invoice number, along with an alternative email address if needed.
I have registered for a live webinar. How do I find out what time it starts in my time zone?
The start time will be clearly stated on the training page and in your confirmation email. We typically provide times in multiple time zones. You can also use a time zone converter tool to convert to your local time.
📜 Certificates & Resources
Will I receive a certificate of attendance with CPD/CEU points?
A certificate of attendance with CPD/CEU points is available with our Premium Access Pass only. The Basic Access Pass includes a standard certificate of attendance (without CPD/CEU points) which is emailed after you complete viewing the training.
Can I get CPD/CEU points for watching the recording, or only live attendance?
CPD/CEU points (available with Premium passes) are awarded for completion of the training whether live or recorded. You may need to complete a brief verification quiz or reflection form to confirm completion and receive your certificate.
Are speaker slides and resources available with the trainings?
In most of our trainings, speaker slides and resources are available to download. However, some speakers' slides may not be available because we have not received permission or an interview format was used instead of a presentation.

What if the training doesn't help me/meet my needs?
We stand behind the quality of our trainings. If within the first 14 days you feel the training isn't meeting your needs, contact us here to discuss transferring to a different training that may be more suitable. While registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, we want to ensure you find content that genuinely helps.
💻 Technical Support
Can I view the training on any browser?
We recommend using Google Chrome for the optimum learning experience. To ensure you have a secure connection when viewing, please check your internet speed at https://www.speedtest.net/
I am viewing/downloading the training from work. Can I access it from there?
You should be able to view the training on most browsers as well as download materials. However, if you are working with council/healthcare servers, you may experience additional firewall/security restrictions that prevent you from viewing or downloading. If this is the situation, please ask your organisation's web department to ease IT restrictions for our platform.
Can I download the videos to watch offline?
Video downloads are not included. Our access levels allow streaming during your access period but not permanent downloads. This protects our speakers' intellectual property while giving committed learners flexibility.
How can I watch the trainings with closed captions?
At the moment, our platform doesn't have native closed captioning built-in, but we are working on it. We know how important it is for greater accessibility. However, Live Captions are now available for Google Chrome users.
When enabled, Live Captions automatically appear in a small, moveable box at the bottom of your browser when you're watching or listening to content where people are talking.
Words appear after a slight delay and captions will even appear with muted audio or your volume turned down. Live Captions can be enabled in the latest version of Chrome by going to Settings, then the "Advanced" section, and then "Accessibility."
(If you're not seeing the feature, try manually updating and restarting your browser.) When you toggle them on, Chrome will quickly download some speech recognition files, and then captions should appear the next time your browser plays audio where people are talking.
Please note, this setup is on the viewer's end; the captions are not displayed within the video feed directly. You can read more about this, including a video explainer, directly from Google.

Will I have access to ongoing support after the training ends?
Yes! Depending on your access pass:

Facebook Community Group: Connect with other parents/professionals, ask follow-up questions

-
Email Support: We're here to help troubleshoot implementation challenges

What if I have questions about implementing strategies with a specific child/client after the training?
Our training communities are designed for exactly this. You can describe specific situations (without identifying details) and get guidance.
I'm nervous about asking "stupid questions" in live Q&A sessions. What's the environment like?
Our community is supportive, judgement-free, and welcoming of all questions. We've heard it all, and there are no stupid questions when it comes to understanding autism better.
