How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?
Please call the Clayton Silversprings Hotel, Cork on 0214507533 and mention the Cork Autism Conference. We have negotiated a special discounted rate.
Is the conference schedule available?
A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, is available on our website HERE. Please note this is subject to change.
When will the exhibit space be open?
Exhibitors are available to view from 8am on the morning of the conference.
How can I reserve exhibitor space in the exhibit hall?

What dietary options are available on the day of the conference?
All dietary preferences will be accommodated for lunch. Please be sure to make a note of this on your initial registration.
I just want to attend one session. Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?
Individuals wanting to participate in one session must register for the entire conference. The Cork Autism Conference does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events.
Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?
The Cork Autism Conference is unable to assist with travel or registration costs. We have a very limited number of subsidized tickets for people in deserving circumstances.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance and CPD points?
A certificate of attendance with CPD points is available on completion of the Cork Autism Conference. This will be handed out to you when leaving the venue. Please collect on your way out. If you are leaving early, please come up to the event co-ordinator on the day and they will give you your certificate of attendance.
What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
Registration fees are non-refundable however you are welcome to transfer the ticket to somebody else up until 14 days of the start date of the event. Please notify us via email of the name, email and mobile of the person you wish to change the ticket to.
I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure? Cork Autism Conference will provide letters of invitation upon request to registrants only in the following circumstances:
● Registration is paid in full.
● Registrants must use an email address affiliated with an institute of higher education or a recognized organization related to international higher education.
